I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable without compromising on quality. Secondly, the attention to detail was commendable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, like the Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Lastly, the location was convenient. Situated in the lively area of the city, it offered easy access to various attractions and was surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood, with the added bonus of a unique view of an old cemetery.

The staff needs more training in English communication and customer service to avoid unpleasant experiences like not being able to communicate or being charged for a night due to a request for a refund.

Great value for money with comfortable beds, and good room size- it was awesome relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. Security was excellent too, with nice extras, such as the leisure facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the city with various transport options nearby.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was conveniently located near major malls and business districts, and the value for money was great.

the cleanliness of the shower room left a lot to be desired, and we were also disappointed to find that the double bed we had booked was actually two twin beds pushed together.

The room was very spacious as it had a living area with a study, an armchair and a comfy bed. The lighting was excellent, not too bright or too dim. The hotel is located in a great area near the center of the city, making it easy to explore. the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing and the hotel facilities were excellent. I also appreciated the cheap car park provided by the hotel.
